Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) save lives. AEDs are a new generation of defibrillator. They are not like the bulky machines you see in hospital dramas. Already many CPR and First Aid instructors are incorporating AED training into their courses.

Our Chapter of the American Red Cross, serving Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, and Emmet counties, hopes to help you recognize the need and benefits of AEDs. In addition to this; how the heart works, and how to use specialized equipment properly.

Regularly scheduled courses are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month except for the month of December.
