Services' classes you will need in order to become a Disaster Volunteer
and provides a foundation for understanding the mission of the American Red
Cross. You will be able to assess how to use your skills and
abilities to improve the response capability of the local and National Red
Cross and you will learn the mission, the principles, and the supporting

Client Casework Providing Emergency Assistance - CC:PEA - will focus on
developing the interviewing skills, knowledge, attitudes, and relationships
necessary to meet the disaster caused needs of individuals and will
familiarize you with the services available for individual clients
and their families. You
will become familiar with the
procedures and forms required for filling out the necessary paperwork to
provide financial assistance for their immediate disaster caused needs. View Fact Sheet
